OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for November 21st: Reginald Glover, SR, QB, Northeast High School. Reginald went 14 of 20 passing for 226 yards and 3 TD’s. He also added 10 rushes for 81 yards, totaling 307 yards on the night, in his team’s 26-14 playoff win over Swainsboro High School.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for November 21st: Maddox Whitehead, SR, DL, Stratford Academy. Maddox accounted for 9 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, and recorded 5 sacks, to help secure a 14-7 win in the GIAA Class AAAA State Championship over Brookstone.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for November 14th: Kortnei Williams, JR, RB/DB, Northeast High School. Kortnei totaled 214 all purpose yards and 2 TD’s on the night. On defense he added 4 tackles, 1 pass breakup and an interception, in his team’s 41-0 playoff win over Fannin County.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for November 14th: Maurice Wilson, SOPH, LB, Northeast High School. Maurice recorded 5 tackles, 2 tackles for loss and an interception, in his team’s 41-0 playoff win over Fannin County.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for November 14th: Demonta Dunn, SR, K, Northeast High School. Demonta was perfect on the night, going 5 for 5 on PAT’s, in his teams 41-0 win over Fannin County.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for Nov 7th: Brady McHugh, SR, RB/DB, FPD. Brady rushed 20 times for 93 yards, and 3 TD’s. He added 6 receptions for 53 yards, and a TD. Totaling 146 all purpose yards and 4 TD’s. On defense he had 13 tackles and a pass breakup, in his team’s 42-7 playoff win over Strong Rock Christian.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for Nov 7th: Graham Moore, JR, LB, FPD. On the night, Graham totaled 12 tackles and an interception, in his team’s 42-7 playoff win over Strong Rock Christian.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for Nov 7th: George Dunn, JR, K/P, Stratford Academy. On the night, George averaged 48 yards per punt, and went 5 for 5 on extra points, in his team’s 37-21 playoff win over Calvary Christian.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for October 31st: J.J. Wilson, SOPH, QB, Southwest High School. J.J. completed 9 of 18 passes, for 243 yards and 2 TD’s, in his team’s 27-12 win over Jefferson County High School.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for October 31st: Rinaldo Callaway, SR, DL/TE/K, Southwest High School. On Defense, Rinaldo accounted for 7 tackles, a tackle for loss, and 3 interceptions. On the Offensive side, he had 4 receptions, for 92 yards, and went 3 for 4 kicking extra points, in his teams 27-12 win over Jefferson County High School.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for October 31st: Santiago Medina, SR, K/WR/DB, Windsor Academy. On the night, Santiago had 3 punts totaling 148 yards, including 2 that were downed inside the 2. He went 5 for 5 on extra points. On Offense, he had 3 receptions for 68 yards, and 3 rushes for 33 yards, and a TD, in his team’s 35-8 Playoff win over Augusta Prep.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for Oct 24th: Zamerian Johnson. SOPH, QB, Rutland High School. Zamerian went 9-12 passing, for 135 yards and 1 TD. He had 6 rushes for 94 yards and 1 TD. Totaling 229 yards and 2 TD’s, in his team’s 16-14 loss to Westside High School.

OrthoGeorgia Back of The Week for Oct 24th: Heath Woodard, JR, QB, Windsor Academy. Heath completed 24 of 31 passes, for 409 yards and 6 TD’s. He had 6 rushes for 27 yards. Totaling 435 yards and 6 TD’s on the night, while setting school records for completions and yards, and also tying the school’s single game record for TD’s, in his team’s 51-35 victory over Heritage.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for Oct 24th: Jaykaden Hill, JR, LB, Rutland High School. Jaykaden accounted for 11 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 2 pass breakups, and a forced fumble, in his team’s 16-14 loss against Westside High School.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for October 17th: Chase Dupree, SR, QB, Southwest High School. Chase went 13-27 passing, for 160 yards and a TD. He rushed 10 times, for 80 yards, and a TD, totaling 240 all purpose yards and 2 TD’s, in his team’s 35-21 loss to ACE.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for October 17th: Huck Thompson, JR, LB, ACE. Huck totaled 14 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 1 sack and an interception, in his team’s 35-21 win over Southwest High School.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for October 17th: Santiago Medina, SR, K, Windsor Academy. Santiago converted a key extra point, executed a 19 yard gain on a fake punt to keep a drive alive, accounted for 2 special teams tackles, and kicked a 27 yard field goal, to provide the difference in his team’s 16-14 win over Central Fellowship Christian Academy.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for October 10th: Heath Woodard, JR, QB, Windsor Academy. Heath went 17 of 21 passing, for 301 yards, while throwing and rushing for a TD, in his team’s 28-25 loss to Flint River Academy.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for October 10th: Fraiser Smith, JR, OT, Rock Springs Christian Academy. Fraiser anchored an offensive line that produced 395 yards rushing. On the night he graded out at 100% on his assignments, and finished the night with an 90% overall grade, in his team’s 36-6 win over Dominion Christian.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for October 10th: Sanford Horne, JR, LB, Stratford Academy. Sanford blocked 2 kicks, both leading to TD’s, and accounted for 2 tackles on kickoffs, in his team’s 49-0 win over Tattnall Square Academy.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for October 3rd: Tyson White, JR, QB/FS, Rutland High School. Tyson was 8 of 13 passing for 228 yards and 1 TD. He rushed for 92 yards and 2 TD’s on 11 carries. On defense he accounted for 5 tackles, in his team’s 60-27 loss to the Number 3 ranked Morgan County High School.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for October 3rd: Caleb Linder, SR, LB, Mount de Sales. Caleb totaled 14 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, and a QB sack, in his team’s 10-0 win over Tattnall Square Academy.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for October 3rd: Junior Holloway, SR, KR/DB, Jones County High School. Junior returned a kickoff back 98 yards for a TD, and had 5 tackles on defense, in his team’s 27-24 overtime win, over McDonough High School.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for September 19th: Jordan Wiggins, FR, QB, Northeast High School. Jordan completed 18 of 34 passes for 313 yards and 3 TD’s. He had 5 rushes for 32 yards, totaling 345 yards and 3 TD’s, in his team’s 29-0 win over ACE.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for September 19th: Tyler Stephens, SR, RB, Stratford Academy. Tyler rushed 21 times for 234 yards and 5 TD’s. He added a 59 yard kickoff return, totaling 293 yards and 5 TD’s, in his team’s 41-14 win over Brookstone.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for September 19th: Kenzell Freeman, SR, DL, Southwest High School. Kenzell accounted for 10 tackles, 8 tackles for loss, and 1 sack, in his team’s 36-0 win over Central High School.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for September 12th: Dawson Sims, SR, QB, Windsor Academy. Dawson was 17 of 28 passing for 273 yards, and 4 TD’s. He rushed 9 times for 47 yards, including a TD and a two point conversion. On the night, he totaled 320 all purpose yards and 5 TD’s, in his team’s 50-35 loss against Trinity Christian.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for September 12th: Jonah Johnson, SR, DE, Rutland High School. Jonah accounted for 12 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, and 1 sack, in his team’s 23-12 loss against Hawkinsville High School.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for September 12th: Andre Hall, SR, FS/SS, Jones County High School. In addition to several tackles on the night. Andre had a blocked punt, in his team’s 42-3 win over Union Grove High School.
