Schedule For Monday, October 26, 2015

On Monday night, October 26th, the Macon Touchdown Club will welcome Barbara Dooley as our feature speaker. Mrs. Dooley is the wife of former UGA Head Coach Vince Dooley.

This will be our annual Ladies Night meeting, where a club member can bring his wife/girlfriend/daughter to the meeting at a reduced guest fee of $15.00

As always, we will meet at The Methodist Home For Children, in The Rumford Center. The address is 304 Pierce Avenue, and the meeting begins at 6:30 pm.

5th Annual Boston Butt Sale Announcement

The Macon Touchdown Club is having our 5th Annual Boston Butt Sale. The price of the tickets are $35.00. The Boston Butts will be fully cooked and available for pick-up on Sunday, November 15th between 2:00 and 5:00pm at U Park EM U SELL EM, located at 3306 Vineville Avenue.

The proceeds benefit the Bobby Sanders Memorial Scholarship awarded by the Macon Touchdown Club. Each year the Macon Touchdown Club awards 4 scholarships to high school seniors.

Tickets are available through any of the Macon Touchdown Club members.

Spring Jamboree Will Be Held On Monday, March 23rd

The Macon Touchdown Club will hold it’s 2014 Football Season Jamboree on Monday evening March 23rd. This is our biggest event of the year as we honor the 2014 Football Season. Our program begins at 6:00pm at the Methodist Children’s Home on Pierce Avenue. Cost to attend is $30.00 for non-club members and includes the dinner and the Ceremony. The event will feature the State of Georgia “Super 7” recruits , as well as our Keynote Speaker. This year’s speaker will be none other than legendary player and coach Bill Curry. Bill played under Bobby Dodd at Ga. Tech, and then continued his playing days for the Green Bay Packers under NFL great Vince Lombardi. Bill is the former head Coach at Georgia Tech, Alabama, Kentucky, and Georgia State University. In addition , we will honor the following Players and Coaches with these award. Congratulations to the recipients and please come join us for one more night of great Football Fellowship and Fun.
