OrthoGeorgia Back Of The Week for September 25th: Ace Hatcher, SR, QB, Academy for Classical Education. Ace rushed 18 times for 149 yards. He was 8 of 11 passing for 142 yards, and 2 touchdowns. He also had a reception of 33 yards. Totaling 324 yards, and 2 touchdowns, in his team’s 17-7 win over Vidalia High School.
OrthoGeorgia Lineman Of The Week for September 25th: Hunter Hardwick, SR, LB, Jones County High School. Hunter totaled 17 tackles, 9 solo and 8 assists, and added 1 sack, in his team’s 17-14 overtime win over Ola High School.
OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for September 25th: Jacob Watts, SR, Kicker, Jones County High School. Jacob averaged 47 yards per punt. He had 1 punt downed at the one yard line. He went 2 for 2 on PAT’S, and kicked a game winning 38 yard field goal in overtime, in his team’s 17-14 overtime win over Ola High School.
