OrthoGeorgia Back Of The Week for September 4th: J.R. Richardson, SOPH, WR, Jones County High School.
J.R. had 4 receptions totaling 122 yards and a touchdown, while involved in 60 plays, in his team’s 45-14 loss to Houston County High School.
OrthoGeorgia Lineman Of The Week for September 4th: Aaron Jefferson, SOPH, LB, Stratford Academy.
Aaron accounted for a total of 19 tackles, 1 sack, and a tackle for loss, in his team’s 38-0 win over Brookstone.
OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player Of The Week for September 4th: Cason Chatfield, JR, KR/DB. First Presbyterian Day School.
On the night, Cason totaled 95 yards in returns including an 81 yard return for a touchdown. He also added a 20 yard reception on offense, and 3 tackles and 1 interception on defense, in his team’s 48-19 win over George Walton Academy.
